The warehouse that orders are shipped from do not take customer service calls or E Mail, Please Contact us to arrange returns. All returns must be sent to the facility the order was sent to you from. The address for mailing returns will be listed on your package. All returns must be un worn, un used, and in original condition. For health and safety regulations, we can not accept used or worn items. We will do our best to make you happy and get a replacement sent to you right away when necessary. Exchanges or refunds will be issued after items are received.
